Didnt work

For Video consult I waited for over an hour so Im assuming it didnt work. It just said "Your visit is scheduled". So I called and had them switch it to a telephone consult and the doctor called me within 5 mins. That was my wait time the first time I called a few months ago when video consult was not available. Would rather do a video consult though.
