Technical issues cause problems

Requested a video consult, waited a full hour with the app open -- with no clue as to how long this was supposed to take or what my position in the queue was. When a doctor finally connected with me, the app crashed. When I went to re-open it, my video consult disappeared and I was switched to getting in a queue for phone consult. Not what I asked for. I cant get a hold of anybody to help me with the issues. Im looking at 2-3 hours of being on hold to wait for help with a simple problem.
