Horrible service

The app may be easy to use but the personnel and doctors they have working for TELADOC are horrible!... I made a consult request at 11pm got a phone call from some ignorant Doctor 35minutes later and his medical advice was, "I dont know whats wrong, what can I do to help you?"... I called to get advice not to tell the doctor what to do to help!... And to top it off it was my first time using TELADOC service!!... Never again!.. Waste of time and money they WILL NOT refund you!.
