Youll have to navigate their slow paced phone tree, "set up an account", provide your medical history to a high-school educated call Center agent, repeat yourself several times, wait an hour for a callback, and then find out you probably need to go see your doctor or go to the ER anyway. Total waste of time and not at all an improvement on the generally poor medical care in this country.
