You get what you pay for

The app is fine. A little buggy but not bad.

The service is so so. Had a consult with a doc tonight. He called me within 15 minutes of my request. Good! Sounded like he was at a restaurant. Spoke for exactly 1 minute. Bad! Seems he was only half paying attention because he only called in half the prescriptions we discussed. Terrible! Since I was traveling on business and had tracked down a 24 hour pharmacy I was not happy. Called customer service from the pharmacy. They told me someone would call me back in "a few hours." UGH.

Not sure what I expected. Good concept. Flawed execution. Ill be going to a live doc from now on.
