Useless

I do not recommend calling these people. They would only recommend over the counter medication for an allergy-related episode.

After years of struggling with allergies, including 5 years of allergy shots, I have every otc and prescription known to humanity. They would not even consider a steroid. I know the "point of no return," which mean otc is worthless at that point. They wouldnt even consider it and told me to see my physician. I will do that tomorrow. But they stole my money and I still have to lose a day of work. DO NOT trust the hype. Worthless service.
