Bad experience
I requested a consult online and had to pay even though I have already met my out of pocket maximum for the year. Shortly after I put in my request, a doctor called and spoke to me with a very rushed demeanor. He did not take the time to make sure he understood what my problem was, nor did he take the time to make sure he properly answered my questions regarding using the prescription he called in. He kept telling me to make an appointment with my doctor. Of course, I am planning on doing that - this service is not meant to be a replacement for my doctors primary care. He then recommended try some over the counter product for a condition Ive been battling with for years. Sorry, that hasnt and wont work. Thats why I tried this service in the first place. This was a complete waste of time and money.
