Still waiting...

I requested a visit through the app. It says my visit is pending.

Waited a week and never heard from anyone. Emailed them then called them. They said they would put me directly into the queue and I would hear back.

Didnt hear anything from them for 4 more days so I emailed them again, they responded that my request was escalated to their health services department and I would hear back shortly.

Two more days and I still havent gotten a response from them. The app still says my visit is pending.

Complete waste of time. Dont bother.
