This is the 2nd time I have requested a visit, doctor was helpful, I requested a doctors note for my son and was send a note with zero hours denoted for the excuse. In both cases, my son had a fever and was unable to go to school.
When I called the help desk tonight, I was disconnected after waiting more than 5 minutes in queue, the call obviously being answered and no agent on the other end, the call then mysteriously disconnected.
I called a second time, same thing ... after in queue for almost 10 minutes, call answered with no agent on the line. After a couple minutes of silence, I conferenced in another call to the help desk. After I joined the calls together, about a minute later the first call again mysteriously dropped.
I tried again a 4th time and still didnt get through. There is NO option on the app message a representative. And after first message request to the doctor, you cant make any more requests to the doc online. My ONLY option is to continue to call customer no service and wait endlessly in queue.
What a WASTE of my time! I could have made it up to urgent care, seen a doctor, and gotten a consultation and note in half the time.
Seriously needs to be overhauled and agents need to be monitored. Something is wrong in your center.
