Intuitive, well deployed, and executed app. If your insurance allows the usage, it is worth the download.

This was the best thing my employer could have offered its employees. Im very grateful for not having to sit in an urgent care waiting room waiting to see a doctor for a prescription just for a UTI. It took all of 5 minutes to set up my account with my medical history, request a phone call and 10 minutes later, spoke with the doctor and she ordered my meds. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Love this app!!! Makes it real easy for hay fever issues and small ailments as well.

Awesome app! Talked to a doctor within ten minutes. She was SUPER helpful and our appointment took less than five minutes. My prescriptions were sent in right away!!

Unsure where this female "doc in a box" got her degree, but she was not convinced to treat a sinus infection after 3 days of feeling awful w/symptoms given. I am hesitant to use again based on my first experience. Next time I will know to exaggerate my illness because apparently being honest doesnt get you a Rx. My husband on the other hand had a great experience w/another doctor days earlier.

Called for a renewal of an existing long term prescription. They couldnt help but I had to pay $40 anyway. Then I had to go to a real doctor.

Their advertised 10 minute wait time is a bunch of BS. All three of our visits with them have had a 30+ wait time. This last one has been over 3 hours and Im still waiting. So much for their 24/7 availability and 1-hour "guaranteed" response time like the site says.

I waited for 3 hours and finally had to call to cancel the scheduled call. It is literally faster to sit in an urgent care than to wait for Teledoc. Too bad this service is so terrible. Definitely deleting my info then deleting the app.

This is the 2nd time I have requested a visit, doctor was helpful, I requested a doctors note for my son and was send a note with zero hours denoted for the excuse. In both cases, my son had a fever and was unable to go to school. When I called the help desk tonight, I was disconnected after waiting more than 5 minutes in queue, the call obviously being answered and no agent on the other end, the call then mysteriously disconnected. I called a second time, same thing ... after in queue for almost 10 minutes, call answered with no agent on the line. After a couple minutes of silence, I conferenced in another call to the help desk. After I joined the calls together, about a minute later the first call again mysteriously dropped. I tried again a 4th time and still didnt get through. There is NO option on the app message a representative. And after first message request to the doctor, you cant make any more requests to the doc online. My ONLY option is to continue to call customer no service and wait endlessly in queue. What a WASTE of my time! I could have made it up to urgent care, seen a doctor, and gotten a consultation and note in half the time. Seriously needs to be overhauled and agents need to be monitored. Something is wrong in your center.

The dr. I spoke with seemed very rushed and was not helpful in answering my questions. I also would have liked to have been able to specify the preferred gender of my dr. I wonder if Teladoc will make this an option in the future.

Teladoc has helped me so many times with my 3 little girls in daycare and getting all bugs and infections passed around. Without it my sick girls would have to wait in doctors offices or urgent care centers. Instead I get a phone call from a licensed physician within 20 minutes and an actual diagnosis and medication if we need it. Teladoc is an invaluable service. Every doctor I have spoken is patient, inquisitive and amazing. Thank you Teladoc!!

Quick and easy doctor consultation without having to leave the house and a prescription was ready at my local pharmacy right around the corner within an hour. :)

I called Teledoc because I cant get to a doctor. What was the advice? Go to a doctor... $40 for a two minute conversation with no questions or suggestions, no help at all.

I noticed my son had a skin infection on his nose and the doctor called right away with a diagnosis and explained the prescription very thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous! Best of all it was on a Sunday and Mothers Day as well and she was available; I didnt have to wait until Monday for him to be treated. I love this service and definitely will recommend it!

Have been trying to complete registration and its not working. I got a mailer invitation to join but I have tried everything with no luck. Looks like this needs more developing time before ready to use.

Great app. I got my consultation within 5 mns and my rx was ready within 45 mns.

Wasted money to call a doctor about a torn muscle and they advised over the counter meds already taken. Said they would normally prescribe muscle relaxers but they couldnt even prescribe Sudafed over the app. Dont waste your money. Just go to urgent care.

Was able to get my daughter medicine in minutes! App works great
